What's for dinner?" might be the most dreaded question of everyday life. Even if you have a ton of ingredients at the ready, you have to figure out what to do with them and, more importantly, whether you can make something you're in the mood for. Learn how to make a few basic sauces, however, and you have flexibility—turn whatever you have on hand into an awesome meal.

VEGETABLE SAUCE + ANYTHING = PERFECT DINNER!
MAKE YOUR TASTY  VEGETABLE SAUCE WITHOUT STRESS AND HARD TIME!!!
Ingredients | Serving: 6 | Preparation Time: 60 minutes

• 4 cups of sliced fresh tomatoes.
• Half cup of sliced fresh pepper.
• 1 cup of sliced onions.
• 3 cubes of maggi.
• 1KG of assorted meat.
• 200g of roasted fish.
• A sachet of kitchen glory beef seasoning
• one big bowl of sliced fluted pumpkin.
• 3 spoons of ground crayfish.
• 100ml of olive oil.
• Salt to taste.

1. Start by washing and slicing the tomatoes , onions and pepper,
2. Wash the fluted pumpkin and slice to tiny bit, 
3. Parboil the meat with two cubes of maggi, beef seasoning spice (kitchen glory or any other), half cup of sliced onions, allow to simmer for 5 minutes, add a cup of water and cook for more 30 minutes. Add half teaspoon of salt and cook till the meat softens (this should take extra 10 minutes),
4. Set your cooking pot on heat, add 100ml of olive oil, allow to heat before adding the sliced tomato/pepper/onions. Allow to fry and dry for the next 10-15 minutes, remember to stir occasionally to avoid burning.
5. Add the cooked meat, remaining cube of maggi, roasted fish, salt to taste, crayfish and stir, allow to simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Add the leaves (vegetables), stir properly and taste for salt, you may add another cube of maggi or knorr. Allow simmering on low heat for 3-4 minutes and you just made a delicious pot of vegetable sauce! winks!!!

An 88-year-old man identified as Pa Obed-Kalio, has died just a day after graduating from Salvation Ministries Bible school in Rivers state.

Facebook user, Oraye St. Franklin, who shared the story online, said the deceased had put a call across to all his children to check on them before he passed on.
Oraye says the man will be buried on Saturday, May 12th at Kalio Ama in Okrika, Rivers state at a spot where he had chosen before he died.

A day after these photos were taken on the day of his graduation from Bible School, he checked out quietly without hassling anyone at age 88. He knew his time had come but he wasn't going to leave without checking up on his children. So he put calls through. Who really does that? lol

Charles who recently did an ad campaign for certain brand of condom, has three children from three different women. He had one with a police officer while he was dating Mimi, had a daughter Jasmine with Mimi when they were married and impregnated an American lady while he was still married to Mimi.

Over 100 people have died after drinking toxic alcohol in Indonesia.
There has been a crackdown on the sale of legal alcohol in the Muslim majority country. This crackdown has led to a boost in black market sales, which could be corrupted with methanol.

Images of distraught relatives and lines of trolleys carrying bodies in hospital hallways have shocked the country. A lot of people in several areas of the populous country have died from drinking toxic alcohol bought from the black market.

Most of the deaths occurred in West Java and Jakarta, the capital, but there have also been cases in South Kalimantan and other regions.

In a world that continues to witness incessant breakups, divorce and unhappy marriages, one of the reasons is because people have stopped fighting for their marriages, this was made known by the actor turned filmmaker, Mike Ezuruonye.
